Online Purchase Returns

Thank you for taking the journey and capturing the essence.   Only items purchased on welivelovetravel.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on welivelovetravel.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Live Love Travel products. 

  • Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.
  • Items must be in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers in new condition. Items returned without this original like new packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used. The customer will have the option to pay for shipping to have the used items returned to them should Live Love Travel receive items that are not in like new condition.
  • Returns accepted up to 14 days after confirmed delivery.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders
  • All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@welivelovetravel.com
  • Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.
  • Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned.
  • If a product is defective, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the product is deemed defective Live Love Travel will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service atinfo@welivelovetravel.com

 How to Return

  • To return an item, please email Customer Service at: info@welivelovetravel.com   
  • Please be sure to include the following information:

◦ The product(s) being returned
◦ Reason for return
◦ Copy of invoice/original receipt number

  • Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on where/how to ship back the item(s).
