If you’ve found yourself on this page, you’re either looking for reassurance before making a purchase or need assistance with a return. Either way, we’re here to help you understand our return policy and the conditions under which refunds are issued.
What Counts as a Return
- Only items purchased on www.welivelovetravel.com are eligible for returns. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly. Items bought on our website cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores.
- Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all sleeves, cardboard boxes, and covers, in new condition. Items without original packaging will be considered used and cannot be accepted.
- Any discrepancies, such as missing, damaged, or defective items, must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@welivelovetravel.com with photos of the issue.
- If a product is deemed defective, Fantasy Fragrances LLC will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact Customer Service at info@welivelovetravel.com to arrange a replacement.
- Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
- Any promotional discounts applied to the original purchase will be recalculated when a product is returned.
How to Return Products
Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

- The reason for the return
- A copy of your invoice or original receipt number
- Upon receiving your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on how and where to ship your return.
